7:15 - Start/Finish area opens OUTSIDE the Kamiak High School Commons. Kamiak is at 10801 Harbour Pointe Blvd, Mukilteo and the Commons is around the back near the greenhouses. Driving directions HERE. Parking is free inside the student parking lots. Look for signs and volunteers to help point you in the right direction.
7:15-8:30 – Race Day Packet Pickup - Outside Kamiak Commons near the greenhouse. Restrooms located inside.
7:15-8:30 – Shirt Sales & Exchange (as supplies permit). "Vintage" shirts $5, Current shirts $25 - CASH preferred.
7:15-8:30 – Event Changes accepted (5k to 10k, 10k to 5k, etc) at the Resolutions table near the Start/Finish line
7:15-8:30 – Late Registrations accepted if space permits. $40 5k | $45 10k - all ages. CASH preferred, credit cards with a 4% surcharge. Late Registrations will be accepted until 8:30 only. No exceptions.
8:40 - KIDS DASH begins at Start/Finish line.
8:50 – Pre Race Announcements outside by Start/Finish line
9:00 – 5k and 10k start. PLEASE WEAR YOUR TIMING CHIP PINNED BETWEEN YOUR KNEE AND YOUR HIP ON EITHER SIDE FOR ACCURATE TIMING.
9:45 - 5k Overall 1st, 2nd & 3rd places recognized (male & female). You must be present to accept your gift. Gifts will not be mailed.
10:15 - 10k Overall 1st, 2nd & 3rd places recognized (male & female). You must be present to accept your gift. Gifts will not be mailed.
Please stick around if you can to cheer the last participant across the finish line. Invite your friends and family to come and see you finish. Drop a few hints along the way about how much you'd love to have flowers or balloons at the finish line! And don't forget to mention how much you'd like to see a sign with your name on it there too!
